How the buttons move on rollover is cool.
The background image you have on index2.htm --
-- could be more dynamic design-wise. Right now it looks like ordinary wrapping paper for some discount store.

The pop up animation itself that is used multiple times on the site was hard to get it right.
Any suggestions on the tiled background?

It workeg great but could do with some more graphical elements, its very text heavy. and ya, the buttons are cool

Like SexyPixel said, too text heavy. So maybe the tiled background should avoid any text (even though it's the logo). A simple suggestion is to have diagonal stripes -- like what you have in the flash movie, but maybe with different colors.
