Anyone know what I need on my Power Mac Dual 867 to import a 30sec VHS commercial?

under firwire and quicktime.simplest is getting of them new wires that plugs your vcr to the compter. rca to firewire.

im not the best at this but i think it would be easy enough if u dub the vhs to a mini dv tape...then you can import from dv deck (or camera) via firewire...i dunno if that helps...only if u have a camera i guess

You need a analogue to digital converter. they cost around £250.
Formac Studio Pro

Miglia Directors CutIve got the formac. Its sweet,
+ allows me to view my After Effects/Premiere comps on a broadcast/Tv monitor too. As well as capture/output to vhs.
Its a firewire device. Ooh Yes.
