does anyone know how to accomplish a spray paint or sprayed stencil tehnique in photoshop or whatever???

use the brushes in dissolve mode (high res), then decrease the image size so it can get a bit blurred...

i used to imagine i was spraying highly politically charged slogans and obscenties in public toilets. imagine the shame when i discovered i was only having a pish!! oh, yeah, has anybody ever been mistaken for a cottager?? that's quite embarassing!!
