iPod.iTunes HELP !!

I just got the iPod.iTunes software to get music from my iPod back onto my iMac and half wat through the process it breaks down saying :Error 921,6.8 iTunes got an error: Connection is invalid. -609
which i dunno what it means but i can't get my music back onto the iMac boo!! any help would be great :)

not sure how to solve your newly found problem but Audion 3 works good for taking tracks off your iPod.

havent downloaded it yet but how does it work? will it automatically copy songs off my iPod when i plug it in or what?

you aren't supposed to be able to retrieve music from your ipod to your mac. it's a software anti piracy thing. podmaster fixes that problem by letting you browse through your music files which are hidden in hard drive mode
