Wouldn't go so far as to say 'well designed...' but this is an obvious place to start coz they are so heavily branded oround town. Must be doing something right.

No, I don't know of any, but I am working on a site for a developer (to sell condos).
I'll keep checking this post and let you know if I find anything.

Ive been flat hunting lately and can recommend plenty of hilariously bad ones. Start with www.findaproperty.com and be amazed.

This site is pretty nice. I personally don't think the target market will be accepting of it, but none the less, its nice.
http://www.2advanced.com/realtyb…Most real estate sites are the standard cookie cutter sites. They all pretty much have the same style. Much like this one.
http://www.bayeast.org/buysell_h…Alot of content to manage most of the time. One of my clients is using this http://www.catylist.com/ they have an XML feed that I am playing with for listings. That way you can brand it for your clients.
Oh, and stay out of my market before I have to break yer legs, mafia style. haha jk
