Ok all you Mac/Safari users, I have a development question for ya. Does any of you know about the swLiveConnect feature of the Flash plugin? This feature was unoperational under IE for Mac. It basically allows the Flash movie host HTML page to communicate with Flash object through Javascript. I've tried this and it works perfectly on NN4, NN6.x, NN7 and IE 5.x and above on PCs, but Macromedia stated that swLiveConnect feature is unavailable in IE on Mac. Did any of you tried to use it, or if anyone of you know whether this feature works on Safari now? It's a pretty powerful feature.
Thanks.

Macs don't possess the ActiveX control which I believe SWConnect uses to achieve certain processes through flash. I could be mixing it up with something else I've read but as far as I know LiveConnect wasn't just a browser issue, it was a platform issue.
