Well, I was pretty much humiliated at my last evaluation so I've taken everything personal home that day and now I don't costumize my work space with anything. I don't bring pictures or anything from home at all. It's my way of separating it from my personal life.

Redmond, its the way forward, I hate it when people stick loads of photos up at work, its like theyre saying
Look at me, look at what a great social life and family I have.
I mean fuck off please, if you've got good mates and tight family then thats something noone can touch, why advertise it? Just be content with its private place in your head and heart.
