I bought a " How to start AE book + tutorial cd " in a local video production store . ( BASICS ) Then the doable tutorials on http://www.creativecow.net and allot of AE online help. cheers

Oh yeah, nice vid. Maybe you had too many ideas in there, but couple of tuts have certainly done wonders.

just had a look and thought the flow was well, really work on your typography, coloring and layout... watch out that you dont fall into the "apply all filter" trap.
i dont care how many trendy elements you add, just be consistent as especially in the beginning its chaos...at the end if the day its all
