id say a higher resolution picture of that food on the main page (it would look yummier) and a VERY shallow depth of field on the food. i might also think that the picture was ethier stock, or given to you by the client. so i guess youd be outta luck in that situation...

first i was gonna say, ugly map, ( i hate mapqeast and such) but then i saw the zoom feature! SOOO GOOD!!! then i thought.... perhaps you could draw nicer versions of the maps, and then i thought, w/e.. it looks fine :)

I like - does the job very well...only thing I would have done is use more and bigger photos of the food throughout the site....

This is picky, but I would change the font color in the menus to grayish, to match everything else.

Did some research once for a food portal. Trying to find out which colours make people hungry. You can find out on various sites. This guys research says "blue"

sorry, not very constructive but I agree with the larger food images.
That restaurant has some good dishes. I'm hungry now...

looks good, makes me hungry. I just wet to a huge chinese wedding banquet. Besides the sea cucumbers everthing was so good. I'm not too far from sunnyvale, I should come check it out... if it's really that good... is it?
one thing I noticed was on the contact page the email's aren't linked, and you can't select and copy them.. so you would have to memorize and type in the email to actually send one...

4cy, what are you talking about? i counted 5 different typefaces from the intro to the homepage. and they are not good typefaces.

There are actually 3 main typefaces for the site.
Tarjan | for main nav
Gill Sans | for sub nav
Verdana | for copyThe other typefaces are for design elements. (ie, fresh seafood in a serif face)

okay. that 'fresh' may be an element, but it is totally out of language (green?). why not use trajan for that type.
also, verdana is at it's best for html type(or aliased i believe it's called) it's really not good outside of that. why not use helvetica or another decent sanserif.
