damn. two of my alltime greatest heros are already mentioned, yet are worth mentioning again.
David Gilmore
Johnny Greenwoodused to be kirk hammett, but i kinda got tired of metallica after the black album.

Oh yeah, Billy Cobham, forgot all about him. That's sick talent for you.

Drums | David Garibaldi

yah, I forgot Billy Corgan too. He's probably tied for me with Robert Smith, not vocally, though. Corgan sounds like his throat is scabbed over and bleeding.

bio, have u heard the new metallica flick? i think it's way cool!

gotta chime in here with bio..
i gave up on metallica after the black album too..
for a lot of reasons..
have to say i'm a big kirk hammet fan..god he can play..
but man..metallica...something about them kinda just died for me...a lOoooong time ago...
maybe its just gettng older, and finding their stuff a bit juvenile..
but mostly i think, something good about them died along with Cliff Burton..
still think 'ride' and 'master' were great albums..and thought some if not all of justice was ok..
but i think it kind of ended there for me..as far as the new album pascii?
i've heard st. anger..
can't says i dig it..its a step back to the old 'battery' style..a bit thrashy..sure..
but something is missing...
not saying ya can't like it or anything...i'm sure you totally dig it..
it just doesn't do it for me anymore..then again..
i'm a big matthew good fan..

and i know plenty of canucks up here that fuckin hate him ;)but check out the two vids and let me know what ya think....
cheers guys
