how in the hell can outkast - ms. jackson be rated 81, and radiohead - creep be rated 84.

I agree whole heartedly, regarding Radiohead... But, this isn't really the place for a bipartisan debate on this subject, given the number of Radiohead fans.
And what did you expect from VH1, MTV's user-friendly affiliate. Even MTV has gone soft.

Surely it's a chart for a wide span of people, and don't assume it's going to align with your musical tastes.

I don't think that saying you like Radiohead, commenting about them, or showing some slight obsession really means that's all you listen to or recognize. I can't see why there'd be some assumption of designers only listening to Radiohead.
