type in a phonenumber in googles main search and if its listed it will display name address and directions to their house....

it did work for a NYC number i tried.

One of my girlfriends mums friends son (phew!) had rung up a massive bill on her phone... so I told her to put the number into google as it may find it... and it did... he'd been ringing a porn line!!!! caught red handed (so to speak!)
