  How can you set up an SMS service like that?

  You need to setup an agreement (Origination/Termination) with an aggregator/mobile telecom operator.
  From what I make of it, It can be quite pricey.

  so it wouldn't realy be something you would want to burn your fingers on when having just a personal site I guess...

  I just figured it would be nice to offer functionality like that in a funny, flashy form. Have to think this one over... I'm not that rich. ;)
