    My latest version of my portfolio uses things whizzing about in Javascript. Tho not in a comet cursor way, of course. I've engineered it to work on IE5/NN6 on a PC and at least IE5 on a mac... however everyone still uses Flash to achieve these effects, even though they're slapping the same browser restrictions on the damned sites for whatever other reasons.

    Is there a good reason NOT to do it in Javascript, in this context? I need opinions...
