If you live in the Charlotte, NC area and you are a web designer looking for a job, you're in luck!
I am leaving for Philadelphia and a position is opening up at WEBPRO International (http://www.webpro.com) for a web/graphic designer.
What we are looking for:
Dreamweaver users (no frontpage. mike k. hates frontpage.)
Knowledge of Photoshop or similar software. (real men use photoshop though)
Knowledge of Flash, we're not big on the actionscripting here. Just the eye candy. (in other words, we use flash as an alternative to animated gifs)
Knowledge of Illustrator or Freehand.
We are not looking for:
Degrees or Certifications. Just talented people.You don't have to know any backend languages although its always a definite plus. But I don't know any so its all good if you don't either.
People that work here are extremely nice and helpful at all times. You pretty much have an entire office to yourself and alot of freedom. There's a wendy's and a taco bell in walking distance and you get an hour for lunch. 401k simple plan and health and dental benefits.
Boss says its an 8:30-5:30 job, but i come in about 9 and work til 5:45.

i make 36.2 but i dont know any code. we are also looking for some coders. so if you know code and graphic design, i'm sure you can make more. but thats up to my boss.

yes, i agree...that is peanuts. which is why i'm moving to philadelphia to work at pats king of steaks fulltime. its probably not as much...but it has its benefits.
