just curious of some of the techniques you use to create "cutout" filters or styles from images...
you use PS, Illustrator, Flash, filters, ???
i got a project coming up where I am going to have to create a bunch of 'cutout" images...

do you mean to 'vectorize' a photo? reduce it to shapes?

ditto to the above. if you want a tutorial to get the basic idea on how to do it, theres one at vectorize.de i believe. that will give you a technique to do it. you can either use that or develop your own :)
