Macromedia Rebate

  I'm looking to buy the Studio MX upgrade and I was checking out prices.
  I found it for $299, that's uber cheap and as far as I know it still qualifies for the $ 100 rebate promotion they are running. So final price would be $199!!
  But it just sounds to good to be true.

  It's cheap but doesn't mention the rebate.

  It's a bit more, but mentions the rebate.

  According to MM's rebate form, both UPC codes work ?
  But they say the rebate isn't valid for "discounted versions" ??
