the sketchy style is nice, but then i wonder, why don't u use it in your nav? (menu)
that bit is too straightforward/clean and does not fit in with the rest... make it more of your style, and avoid a pop-up any time possible.

Yeah, I'd recommend changing the font for the links. Try something more sketchy & fun, as Janne suggested.
I don't mind the pop-ups. Looks good.

why is everything so black and white?
i just think they are inconvenient... and then again my monitor/screenres is soo big i tend to loose the small window pretty easily.
but if you wanna go for the popup it is ok.
