i've made a little forum ( http://www.vahk.nl/forum ).
it still needs some look & feel, but it works.the point is: it uses a mdb file. is there a way to change the content of that mdb file on a mac (deleting messages etc)?
or is it possible to store the input of the forum in a txt document?or maybe you know some good articles about this...
thanks!

use scripting on your webserver to add/edit/delete what you need. are you familiar at all with asp?

well, i'm a graphic designer - not a programmer. i'm still in the cut and paste phase...
but, you know the answer?

any time i have to work with mdb files on a mac i work with them by writing a script to display all the records in a table, then create pages that will allow me to add edit and delete stuff. if you go to http://www.aspin.com search around and you can find database manager apps that you can load on your webserver and use via http so that it won't matter what OS you're using
