yo man. i like the layout and i'm diggin the colors. only thing. on a pc, ie6 on the right hand side vertical line there are two breaks in the line near horizontal with the top and bottom of your text. other than that it looks good and all your rollover anims work.

like the colrs, imagery, and structure...the only thing I don;t like is having it shoved up into the corner like that - why not centre it in the middle of the browser window?

also dude - I would bump the body text up a size - it's pretty small - especially if this is for retired people....

yeah, rip it out of that corner! Looks good. The text under Amenities is all funky looking on my screen.

hey k0na... hate to ask you this... but I'm on a pc ie6 too... could you do a quick screen capture and email it to me? I don't think I understand where the breaks are.
and jevad and monkey - TOTALLY AGREE on centering... i'll do that in a bit.
jevad... as far as the body copy - what browser are you on and what resolution is your monitor set at?

Looks good. The heirarchy for the navigation seems a bit weak. Not sure if the second row of links is secondary, or tertiary, or... they have much competition, due largely to color, with other elements on the page

I'm on IE6 - running 1600x1200, but it's a little small on 1280 too.....true...most visitors won't be running a res as high as that....

love the site, hate the size of the times type...I'm a designer with perfect vision and I have a hard time reading it never mind the half-blind seniors who'll be visiting the site

I would definately lose

and make it georgia, Times New Roman, Serif - and stick it in the css.....

i agree w/you jevad - still in the proofing stage here....
... awaiting client thoughts - but yeah - i'm going to css the copy too -- georgia does sound nice.

nice layout, but find it odd that you've chosen to split the navigation into 2 lines? If the second line is secondary then make it smaller and less apparent.
The picture looks more like a botanical garden than a golf course. But don't mind me I've never played golf before, so don't know what a real course look like.
