Im' new in this flash thing, i've created a bunch of animations but they are sooo huge...how can i split a swf into multiple movieclips that load into the main SWF?..know that's a rookie question but...... ;)

Not so much a rookie question as a HUGE question. Too huge to explain in detail here.
You need to do some searches at http://www.actionscripts.org or http://www.flashkit.com or http://www.were-here.com or http://www.ultrashock.com for loading external files. You'll find a ton of information and downloadable examples.
