Yeah, it's rough. But I'm diggin it. I usually prefer a faster tempo - but I listened to both songs in their entirety and that's a rare thing for me.
Rough is not a bad thing. It captures the energy. When my band put out our cd, it lost a lot of it's spunk 'cause it was so clean. It sounded great. But it really didn't capture our live sound.
Keep it up.

I fucking like em both.
That first song is good. Dig the raw guitar and that dirty ass bass. Singer sounds good to me. I'd like to hear more.
I wouldn't worry about the opinions on anything punk rock around here. Most NT'ers listen to shit thats borderline "New Age". :) Rock on!

pseudonimrod, i know what you mean, I don't want our cd to sound too clean. It has to have the power of a live show, I want the listener to feel like they're watching us perform.
