okay...so i know this is more a design forum, but i'm running out of resources so...here goes...
i'm hoping/planing on moving to vancouver in the fall for a couple months(maybe longer), but i need an apartment....hoping to find a sublet 1 bdr....furnished....so...if anybody has an apartment they want to sublet to me? or know of somebody? or ANYTHING.....please let me know!!! i know it's not till the fall, but i don't want to leave things to the last minute....

sublets are hard to find..
you really gotta do the foot work to find a decent place..if you are looking at new downtown apartment .. it will range from 900-1400 for 1 br..
alot of places for rent cause there are more apartments in downtown than office buildings..
there are furnished places (with 80-90s furniture) but they go around 1200 - 1500..... and they are usually monthly rent.. no contract...
