I need to hack up a concept that involves turning a photo into an emulation of three artist's work.
1. Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe
2. Pointalism
3. A Van Gogh swirlly thing.Can anyone point me to a tutorial or a book that will help me. I just need to mock up the concept. If the client goes for it, I'll hire an Illustrator to do the final pieces.

the book photoshop face to face has a chapter on creating artist-style portraits. i remember a tute on warhol style and i think there's a van gogh also

pretty sure there are filters that can help do that, well in a cheap and nasty way.
