see Mal's snowflakes link in the PBS, how can I save those gifs? they just save as blank, even a screenshot comes up blank??

are you on a mac? shift+command+4 and marquee the area. it worked for me

Yup. I just saw an interview from Japanese tv and they had managed to film snowflakes and rotate it under controled conditions, amazing stuff.
