XML problem..

I developed a sort of Flash newsticker driven by an XML-file (which is generated by a PHP-feed)
It works fine but only if the swf is located on the same server as the PHP-feed and thus the XML-file.
The point is that other sites must be able to put the newsticker on their site too. The most logical solution is to give them an swf in which the 'original' swf is loaded (on a level and with an absolute URL of course).
A way to bypass the system security is integrating the following script in the swf which will be given to the other sites:
System.security.allowDomain("htt... (the URL is the one on which the original swf is located on)The problem: the xml still won't load when I put the swf on an other server..
It has cost me a lot of energy developing this, I know it's heavy material, but do you know what the problem might be?
Feel free to ask when something isn't clear...
Thanks so much!

My suggestion is a server side script on a server which the swf is located. Fetch the xml with the script and then read it into the swf.

The 'location' swf that loads the original swf must be on the same server too, with the 'allow domain security' script in it.
All the clients has to do then is embed the location swf (with absolute URL of course) into its page.
Or was that too relevant?

ANother way is to parse the external XML file using a PHP parser. At least that's how I retrieve external XML files.
