well... let's say
B
why.. ?

B for sure! It looks more professional than A and it just looks nicer too.

buzzy bee

neither

hmm

Well, i think B is better. It's smarter.
But to be honest niether are really my cup of tea. But i expect the client will like it.I also don't like the bar code "level 3" bit. Looks stuck on. As if you're trying to hard to be funky. If it's going to be clean and corporate i always like www.hp.com

Not really my thing either but if I had to pick it would be B.

Orange is a nice corporate site http://web.orange.co.uk/

B is absolutely cleaner, but I agree with the rest of the lot. I dont like the barcode, The beige-to-blue fade, the difference in the blue shades and also the logo is hideous...

B
Blue to gray fade is raunchy. But it holds some promise if you fix it up a bit. Also those circles next to the buttons are not cool.

whay are there dashes at the end of the text. This is a website not a book.

B - because A is baaaaad.
- jox0
B
A looks like an inhouse government creation.
- sexypixel0
why is the font in b so fucken huge, i'd decrease it, or are you aiming at blind people
but b is better
- jox0
Client prolly asked for it.
Right?

If i really had to choose
it would be B. But i personally
think it way to glossy. Most corporate sites are really clean
and graphic so i would go that way, but b is better than A.good luck.

well... i'm glad to see the concensus is B. A is the site as it is now, B is my redesign. The barcode is on their print material and they want it there to keep the 'techie' look.
l did't do the logo either :)
I agree, the link fonts could be smaller and the gradient under the links might need some work.
thanks for the advise, and keep it coming.

ok let me be honest and say both of those are very scary in their asthetic appeal. However, your target audience will probably not give a darn. I would go with B however switch up the colors to maybe a lighter grey and some blue or something.

ahh. well... turns out the client tends to agree more with those of you who liked neither.
if you're curious, here's the link to the HTML version:
http://www.woodallwingard.com/pr…anyway... it's back to the drawing board.
