need help=quote for site

(sorry dnot kno how to make it a live link)to webdesigners/developers out there, how much would u charge ur agent to build a site like this (mentioned above)? (gimme 2 quotes, one with photography, other one without photography work..)
an agent mite b hooking me up with some work but wants to know first how expensive/cheap i am.. he's sort of testing me in asking me a quote for that site..
i'm scared to send him my quote..hahaha...so pls ur feedback would be very very helpful to give me a good idea of the perfect quote..cos some of youz got more experience n stuff..

to give him a sort of idea of wat i usually quote agents..(probably he wants to know how high the profit he can make ..)
so i guess wats already there at the site is wat i'll be doing for him..it's got a simple admin panel in contact section. the rest is mostly flash and interface design and interactivity..

I don't deal with agents but looking at the site, without photography I would be thinking about 2k (or 4500 CAD) off the top off my head (but business i slow here at the mo so maybe more).

Yeah I mant £2000 or 4500 canadian. This may be a little cheap but things are tight here.
For the scrolling thing just edit your settings and put a tag in front of your name :P
