If Agent Smith is no longer a sentinel from the Matrix, what's his problem with Neo, why is he chasing him for? he should go on holiday or something. It doesn't make sense that he's still bugging around.
And another annoying thing is that since he's infiltrated in Zion means Zion is nor real, unless he's a ghost... I can foresee the dense existencialist scenes again in Matrix Revolutions

arg. someoen posted a nice explanation of all this shit, but what i got from it is like this:
what happens to your mind in the matrix happens to you in real life. so it seems that smith corrupted bain (i think that is the dudes name) and when bain came back to the real world, he stayed corrupted.
kinda makes sense. in a weird "what the fuck" kinda way.
