My nephews birthday plans fell through becuase of the rain. He is 3 today! What can I do for him or where should I bring him so the day isn't so bad afterall?

some where you can have a stiff drink. or rent a movie and eat chips and dip

Stiff drinks are the way to go.

move all the furniture in your living room against the wall and make up a game.
give them crayons and let them go nuts on a cardboard box.
let them run a muck!
