so wich part exactly creates the stretch that follows the silhouet of the car?

the whole thing is strected...actually it looks more like a motion blur and it looks pretty ratty.
and the animation moves and masks this over the original image.

normal image moves slowly to the right with a mask.. the blur is stretched out and moves faster underneath to the left..

so the effect of the "wanker" is to stretch it out underneath for aslong as possible?
