Freaking LOVE IT.....
this show is sooo well done!... i cant even explain. the opening sequence, gives me that feeling of climbing the ropes in elementary school gym class!!!
I LOVE IT!!!!
Any of you watch 24 , what do you think of that.......?
- stimuli0
Abby, I was merely outlining the generic plot of every single episode. Are you denying this is true??
Oh, forgot to mention that they're all mentally deranged and have hallucinations that the dead are actually talking to them too. Every single episode.

stimuli - What you are complaining about is called "the Plot". It happens in every series. Did you complain about The X files characters always being FBI agents and looking for aliens? Mr Ropper thinking Jack was gay while living with two hot chicks?
Go watch Starsearch or The Bachleroette.

season finally will be amazing...better than the matrix.
- stimuli0
In good shows the plot differs between episodes.
And I don't watch the X Files.

hey hey, no fighting.
well... ok, you can fight.
but no name calling. =)

i was a huge fan of Twin Peaks and bought the tapes with my old rommate. we had huge TP parties and everyone would come and drink and party and watch episode after episode.
i feel the same about 6FU.
i love how shit fades to white in a scrolling fashion. (small details) and the plot IS as you say stimuli. that is the continuing storyline. these things are not resolved, so they will keep coming up. it makes the characters more real and gives them depth.we can see the gradual effects of each character's problem(s) in life and how they deal with it from episode to episode.
- stimuli0
Yeah, I respect what you're saying Bio. I just found the series to be boring and repetitive after the first series. Yes, these things do come up repeatedly but they seem to be dealt with in the same way every single episode. I just feel that you can only carry on this plot for so long before people will get bored and irritated by the characters.

all good man. but if you dont like the show, then you are a bad person. =p
to each his own... or something. haha.
- quamb0
had twin peaks gatherings last year too!
always forget to bring donuts though... everything is so delicious in Twin Peaks!!
- exador0
to each his own indeed!
my own would be Gilmore Girls.laugh if you must, but it's the cutest, best written show i've seen in ages..
"you can't kill the bagboy"....
"why"?
"cuz its double coupon day...you'll bring down the town"
- stimuli0
I am a bad person indeed.
Hello, my name is Patrick Bateman. Here's my business card.
- Bio0
ah. dont get me started on American Psycho.
hahah. i loved that book and was impressed with the movie as well. it had potential to be awful, but christian bale was PERFECT for the part!

A show comparable to Twin Peaks? Hard to imagine. I havent been a fan of TV since Twin Peaks went off the air. I absolutely REFUSE to immerse myself in another TV show. Do I sound like I used to date Twin peaks and now that it is gone I am bitter?
Good.
Because I am.
Thanks for the tip Bio, maybe I'll try to watch that 6 Feet Under thing. But now my expectations are through the roof.
I'll be in the Black Lodge in the meantime.

You are a bad person. I've always thought that you were.
:)
What ever happened to David Lynch?
- Bio0
word. say hi to "the little man from another place" for me. haha.
and i think you wont be disappointed.
6FU is not really as... "weird" as TP, but goddamn it is a TIGHT fucking show. and there is some weirdness, but not to the David Lynch extent. heheh.

Has anyone been able to stomach "The Wire"? I think HBO feels anything they put on Sunday Nights is bound to be gold.
- Abby_Someone0
No one has talked to a corpse in a long time on the show! Remember when they'd just break into a musical scene? More of a straight drama now...
...except for the David and Keith that is. Heck throw Claires boyfriend in that pack.
