Hi folks,
i'm writing ths on behalf of a good pal of mine who as recently lose his job. He is thinking of freelancing fulltime while pursuing his studies. Thank god he just got this virgin deal but needs help drafting the contract. Would appreciate if you guys can advise where to get more info.

there is a book called, "Business and Legal Forms for Graphic Designers"
should be able to find it on amazon or barnes and noble. it comes with CD with all the forms as PDF's. great stuff. check out:
decent tid bits of info there as well.
