workmethod advice needed

  after a chat with my boss, i realized that i have to change my 80 % job to a 50 % job. this means that i will have to become a 50 % independent worker. since i started working, i was always employed in a bureau or agency.
  this new situation makes me feel kind unsure about 'how'? if it's not enough - i wanted to make a 2-weekdays-school to strengthen my skills, which i really need, from next summer on.

  is this realistic? work as a 50 % employed, 50 & self-employed and making a school?
