I think it is very nice work. I really like the organic look to it. The animation for the scroll rocks. The only comment I have for you is color. I think the pallette is nice but i think this piece would have so much more presence with something more vivid. Just a thought. I'd really like to see it when it's finished.

why is the nav repeated right on top of itself?
you have a nice border around the bottom and sides, but not on top... needs to be finished off somehow...it kind of cuts off abruptly, you see?

i want it, give it to me.you need a spike in there, a spike of color, something sharp.

make submit more of a form page with info, don't like it opening up email, if i submit something i want more info.

I think it looks great. I also love the shapes, transitional effects and scrollbar animation.
I actually don't mind the colors too much, but perhaps a little more contrast would be good.
I'm curious to see how you are going to display your "Works" section. Are you going to have enough real estate to play with?
Looking forward to the finished product.

I also agree with lambsy's comments about the submit button. A pet peeve of mine is buttons that open up your email application without letting you know beforehand (that and buttons that open up pdfs without making it obvious ... but I digress)

it is nice and the colors work but i think it would be just as strong without the 45 deegree lines.
and ya, the scroll animation is great.
