uglie website best?

hey, I'm looking for that one really ugly website, it was making fun of itself saying "dont do this" I had a few sample pages, in particular it was a black background, and had rainbow horizontal bars, animated gifs all over, neon websafe colors etc...
anyone know what I'm talking about? lots of uglie out there but I'm looking for this one in particular.... thanks.

OMFG I had to do something like this as a menu on a dvd:
3 people spent 2 straight days without sleep just to get it working in the dvd code thing...In fact, I always end-up being asked to do shit like that, no matter what samples I show. This is why I never want to do interface design again.
