I couldn't imagine doing hallucinogens again now that I'm an adult. I tried acid again when I was in my mid 20s and had the first bad trip I'd ever had (after having done it a few times a week from the ages of 13-18). I'm really, really, really happy that I'm not an addict, because I was always surrounded by drugs and could very easily have become one.
I just like Dr. Pepper now.

I'm kinda like that autonoma, except I didn't do THAT much when I was younger.
I have had some seriously spiritual experiences w/shroomies. I think most people miss out on that aspect. Anyone read the Castaneda books? Don Juan... etc...

yea, i'd rather go camping or something, then take em. but we got a group of about 6 of my best friends doin em tonight. they dont come around often, so i figured what the hell. these are all people i love and trust, so i think we'll be fine.

i'll take a pass if you guys really think it'll be a bad trip. my thoughts were just that, I don't have to talk to anyone, I can just sit and watch the movie, enjoy the visuals and hang out with some cool peoples.

my friend carson took some bad mushrooms and he cut his wrists and throat open...
i just buried him about two months ago in oregon.

He said the film seemed to come across as violent and unpleasant and there was a creepy Neo=Jesus feel.

DO NOT go see a movie on mushrooms. Bad idea. I saw Bram Stoker's Dracula and Jacob's Ladder on LSD in the theater and they were some of the worst experiences I've ever had. It always sounded cool, but you regret it the second you get there. It's too much, and there are too many people around. Do something private if you have to do mushrooms.
