last thursday i was sitting at my desk admiring the shapely rears of my three interns making me aa sandwich and a cup of lemon zinger, i say sitting, what i meamt to say was rocking on my chair, when suddenly i get the shakes on and nearly fell, like. to steady my fall, i slams my arms down on my metal ashtray, and the plunger lightly pierces the skin. a minor wound, the thump i gave the desk was worse. however, since the, i have had pins and needles in my hand, moving to my wrist, radius and ulna, elbow forearm and now my shoulder nad neck. i have now lost a the sensation in my ear and the side of my cheek!! this is an almighty blow. as i am going to poland on thursday. what if this tingling inhabits my hole body, will i can power lightbulbs?

Thats the gods getting back at you for checking out your interns' asses instead of getting to work. Tisk Tisk my good man.

hmmmm.... sounds like the drops of anti-freeze one of the interns has put some in your cup of lemon zinger has finally taken effect....

That what you get for mentaly undressing the interns, but what concerns me is what happened before you hit your hand on the ashtray. You said you got the shakes and lost control of your body. Sounds like a mild stroke. How old are you? When was the last time you got blood work done? It could also be your nervous system. I wouldn't advise travel before you get your self checked out. Espesially If you are gettin' on a plane, the body does weird things at high alt.

i've had something similar happen to me not too long ago.
i was sitting here and all of a sudden, i started to feel this tingling sensation in my legs, then loss the feeling in my hands and could no longer type. i felt a really sharp vibration throughout my whole body internally, like i tightened up all over and was shaking feircly. i tried to get up to walk around but only collapsed to the ground since my legs would no longer work. so i just layed there concentrating on my breathing and it slowly passed. my girlfriend's mom said that i was hyperventilating which causes people to feel like they are having a seizure or heart attack, which increases because of panic and next time it happens just breath in a paper bag and it will go away immediately. its from the lack of oxygen. you could be cutting off circulation just by the way you sit in your chair or even by breathing incorrectly (as in shallow or irregular). its mostly from being too toxic / acidic which usually causes the body to contract.

Cut down on the drugs and you'll be fine.
