I have a eps in Photoshop. I make my changes, save without any errors. I place it into my Quark doc. Appears fine. Modified and all.
Then I send it to the printer or make a PDF. POOF. The image doesn't show up.
I tried saving it as a TIFF and reimporting. Nada. Same deal.
Any suggestions for a workaround? I even copied it into a new PS doc and saved again. Nope.
Who knows what is causing this? Who run Bartertown?
thanks,

this is a long shot, but is the image 16 bits/channel?

If your EPS was saved without a TIF/JPG preview it may not show up in the PDF.
Not 100% sure but check when you saved as EPS that you included a preview.

thanks. checked on both. looks like it is supposed to be. I thought for a minute that it might be a Quark thing with the "suppress picture output" checked. but it wasn't .
anyone else. before we have to recreate this bastard. patience level with this job dropping.

Do you have a clipping path on it?
Is it reversed?
Do you have the graphic set to a non-printing item in quark?
