wmode=transparent (in menu tag)
- wksp0
cool thanks
is there any export setting or does it not matter?

Does that work in any other browsers that IE 5.5+ on Windows?

that works only in 1 or 2 browser versions, and only on Windows platform... so unless it's for a Win only intranet i wouldn't recommend to use it...

what do you mean wksp? export setting for wmode? There isn't - just add it into the code afterward as a param and menu item, so you would have:
PARAM NAME=wmode VALUE=transparent
but in the EMBED code(nutscrape):
WMODE=Transparent
Currently this works in:
Windows and Mac OS X
Internet Explorer 3 or higher (Windows)
Internet Explorer 5.1* and 5.2* (Macintosh)
Netscape 7.0*
Mozilla 1.0 or higher*
AOL*
CompuServe*(* Macromedia Flash Player version 6,0,65,0 (Windows) or 6,0,67,0 (Macintosh) or higher required )

plus - I'm totally lying about you not being able to choose it in publish settings!
In flash 6 - select FILE > PUBLISH SETTINGS > HTML
Then select TRANSPARENT in the WINDOW MODE box et voila!
