cool bars in SF

transplant from NYC to SF. is it me or are all the bars in this town lame? someone know some chill tasty watering holes? thanks in advance.

royale, in north beach. it's off columbus, small hip-hop bar. gets crowded, but its fun.

was there for a bit, but can't recall any noticable bars other than old man spots....oh, and

most all of sf is dance music 111 minna 2nd and misson (in the alley off mission) is probably the most consistent of them all, the rest, lot's of nice places to just drink in the mission right at 17 & guerro, unfortunetly the bars close at 2am and the subway stops at 12:02am... of course there is haight but it all kinda falls into touristy spots after that... the best part about sf is the stuff they ship in from humbolt, that kept me "placated" while i was there...

They got a white trash diner section, serving microwave tv dinners out of the back of an old trailer.

oh yeah and the Folsom Street Fair attracts thousands every year.... bring your leather studded thong and harness and you'll be set for the party... and don't forget to shave.

Yeah!...SOMA,...cool bars south of market...Powerhouse, A Hole in the Wall, My Place, End-Up....
