ma_rk if you're planning on being a common vandal and abusing public space with 'personal expression' I'd just like to say that you have my blessing - go forth and damage!

"The easiest way to paste posters is to buy wallpaper paste (try Sur-stik Heavy Duty, its the best). A 5-gallon premixed bucket will cost you between $18-$25, but will last quite a long time if you paste right. You can also get the powdered version you mix yourself which is a little cheaper. If that is still too expensive you can make your own wheat-paste. They're tons of online recipes for wheat paste so if you're interested check them out. "

All-In-One Wheat paste or a similar powdered variety. A little over 2 bucks and it makes 2 buckets.
Spray mount wont last outside.

if you want to sidestep the messy glue try a small can of carnations condensed milk in a small spray bottle, concentrated protein sticks permanently...

Damn, robotron3k. You got it before me.
Yes, condensed milk is THE SHIT to use when postering. SUPER inexpensive. Just dilute enough to use in a spray bottle, spray the surface, post, spray the front of poster, and wipe with a towel. The shit will never come off.
There are posters in Austin, TX that I put up many years ago that are still lingering.

My resistance friends swear by cornflower and water... especially if you want your posters to survive removal attempts.

condensed milk way sounds nice. thanks for the tip.

damn. thanks for the tips y'all but I just got back from the art store $22 for the 3m super spray. I should have gone to the corner store for milk. thanks!

if you think you can ruin our architectural blessings and the proper modern world that society has worked so hard for, all the tax that has been spent in creating a clean environment, disrupted by a-moral vandals of a lost society with no respect for the law or for those who control the law, to ruin our common organised urban property:
well, i tell you this my son...
what you do is wrong!
you are posting here..
WHILE YOU COULD HAVE BEEN OUT THERE AND GLUE THE FUCK OUT OF THOSE BORING WALLS!! THEY SCREAM FOR YA! and do take pics!!! :D
(in other words, i agree with what rasko said)

equal parts elmers glue and water, mixed nicely, then put into a spray bottle. has always worked great for me. (although you have peaked my curiosity with the condensed milk thing)

I'm telling you. Nothing works better than condensed milk. Case closed.
