*sigh* this stuff doesn't impress me anymore. maybe it's because all these sites look alike.
anyone else feel this way?
ps. what's w/ the viking helmet? how does that have anything to do w/ phantoms?

It's called, "when a creative design company only knows one style (techy grey chrome s**t) and uses it for all their clients, just list 2advanced".

that kind of thing has never been my style. i mean, come on, am i supposed to believe that i'm accessing a futuristic atm machine or something?
- 4cY0
what testpilot said.
(thx for the link, btw)
- unknown0
I hope ATM's never look like that.

bow down, don't question, be blown away
- 4cY0
yes, blown away... indeed_

Wow... THat's &*#@'ing Impressive. It's funny to me... for every 500 million people that love sites like this, there has to be like 10 haters. It's inevitable. Sort of like pop music... its for the masses. But there is always someone that hates Michael Jackson. To each their own.
- quamb0
just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's wrong nor bad.
lighten up
- 4cY0
well, i am sorry. i did not say it was bad or wrong. it looks as it took immense effort to build it, but it does not impress me....jes' personal. neither does the style appeal to me.
i hope we are all still entitled to post our personal views on things??
call me a spoiled surfer! ;)
- sexypixel0
hahaha yarsrevenge likes Micheal Jackson
- 4cY0
you are cruel, Tony!

4cV:

lyrek:
do you know what phantom is? i am sure there is a reason for the helmet... just as in the "Phantom of the Opera" there was a "mask used.
Phantom - n. an apparition, a specter: an immaterial form, a vision: a deceitful appearence: a show witout reality.
i a sure that a company that is putting out all that money for marketing this product didn't just pull a helmet out of thier ass.
4cV:
i an very interested in what you find impresive now a days. it looks like you must have some very high standards. i would love to see what they are.

i hope you do realize that te reason why clients come to these companies in the first place is because they want a STYLE and a SITE like that of which they see.
so it isnt crazy nor boring to see these creative studios come out with a site that is simular in style to something that they have previously done. that is the whole point. a client doesn't go to 2A or to whoswe to get a site that would be ina style that first born would do> they would just go to the sorce.
makes sense, dosen't it.
- Fizik0
ya, that's right
whether this is impressive to you isn't the issue, -- it's that a firm is hired based on their previous work and 'style' that they've have marketed to the clientbase. So the client comes to the firm wanting a similar design, and since Who's We have come up with some tricks and design styles they like, of course they're going to use them on their next few clients' projects.
Let's just hope they don't keep using the same colors and animations on like 50 sites -- if they even have that many clients, cause then it gets stupid.
- lyrek0
ahahahaha. vern to the rescue! stop the critiques! quit voicing opinions! it's time for unilateral agreement so that everybody's tastes are as identical and banal as the sites whorswe produces.
ahahaha. all this madness from one little *sigh*. someone change the title above. the public has no voice. :)
(quit taking critiques as personal attacks, kid)
- yarsrevenge0
Lyrek - I think you're the kid that missed her whole point... It made complete sense what she said... she wasnt attacking anyone for an opinion... she explained what the helmet was for and why clients ask for a certain style from certain studios...and then simply asked this guy what he felt was up to par to his own personal taste... that's it.
