wow dude. you need to READ the post that everyone posted.
for the WEB. you can save as a JPG, GIF, PNG(in the future). each type is different for different types of images.
now GO BACK AND ACTUALLY READ THE EXPLANATIONS that everyone so kindly typed out for you.
