I'd try and make the buttons and heading smaller, they seem a bit 'blind man'

I like what you have, will it be completely flash or hybred? I think the scroll bar is so big, same with the nav. Seems like they are super sized.
Suggestion: the logo has that rounded curve, why don't you carry that same curve through out the site? You can visually break up the monotony of the rectangular boxes by adding a slight curve to the boxes.

I really like the colors. But the buttons are a little large. But maybe that's just me. Looks good n' pro.
