Creating Business a plan...

  A buddy and I are looking to create a small business plan. We are designers / developers looking to create a business plan for a design shop here in Toronto Canada. We're not determined to be a design shop here in teh city as teh industry is tight everywhere, but we're researching how to create the plan from the ground up. Is there any advice out there... other than the obvious "don't f**king do it man"...
