that's too bad about the baby site, it's a cute idea too. Maybe you should just sell templates for cheaper and then custom designed ones for more money. give them more options.
My last job had about 6 templates to choose from. I think they charged $3000 / template, but since you run a small business and it'll probably be only 2 pages, you can do it for cheaper.
