We could form a support group! I'm back to doing interface design for a while, I've got 3 people over me wanting 3 different things. It's a mess, I don't even understand what I am doing.
It's funny cause I asked for it, I wanted to rework it and make it super simple, clear and smooth to navigate, but no. It HAS to be divided in 2000 sub sections with spinning junk everywhere.

True chug. This is what I think. I wonder sometimes, why am I here in the cold North East doing design/development when I could be doing it somewhere like Hawaii. Gonna make the move soon!

It's one side or the other these days. Either you hate your job or you hate the fact that you can't find a job. I'm on the side of not having a job and have been for the last 18 months. You gotta take what you can get these days. I'm a designer with close to 10 years of expereice doing production work and scanning just to pay my bills....talk about frustrating!

here's the thing, so many people think they know design that they mess it all up. last night i stayed late in the office (2am) i got so frustrated with him. he wants to fit like 3 huge images, have a rollover and make it look nice in a 1.5" by 1" square. nothing is going to look right. unless you cut the images and just have one or try something else. i couldn't even explain to him why i didn't like when it was so obvious. IT JUST DOESN'T WORK! plain and simple.
it's a tough chore man...it really is.
