Image format for MS Word?

  I need to import an image to MS Word for printing, what is the best file format to use?

  best format is not to use MS Word (sorry for the smart ass remark)

  hell, just import a jpeg if youre using MS Word. i am guessing since you arent using a layout program, that the quality doens matter too much. so just insert a high res jpeg and be done with it.
