Recently switched to these guys http://www.boxnix.com
I've had a lot of different ISP's, this is by far the best. Always working, great control panel and so on..
And no, I don't get paid to say this.

thx for these, & what perfect timing, too! i'd just been ousted from the host i was on cuz they found out my friend was hooking me up for free (for the past, ahem, 3 years) so now i gotta move it or lose it.
